Forms a dense; mounded shape with glossy dark green foliage; typically growing 0.6–1.5m tall and wide. Frost-hardy and best grown in well-drained; slightly acidic soil with even moisture. Prefers partial to full shade. Ideal for woodland gardens; shaded borders; or planting near paths and entrances to enjoy its beautiful scent.
