Peony- Paeonia ‘Angel Cheeks’ Bagged

Its a showstopper with an explosion of pink large blowsy blooms; everything a large double should be…and more; because its sweet fragrance will knock you out!. The blooms are a clear pale pink with large guard petals cupping a raised centre of fluffy petals. A row of pale yellow stamens form a middle ring towards the centre of the bloom. In 2005 the prestigious American Peony Society awarded the gold medal to this lovely peony. Because of the size of its flower; the look of its buds and most importantly; its vase life; she was judged best peony of the year.
