Persimmon ‘Izu’-12L

Persimmon ‘Izu’ is a highly prized early-ripening Asian variety; producing sweet; crisp; deep orange fruit up to three weeks earlier than Fuyu. Compact and self-fertile; it’s ideal for smaller gardens; containers; or cooler climates. Hardy; productive; and quick to bear; often fruiting within 2–3 years.
