When in bud; the outer petals form a neat ring around a central cup; gradually unfurling into a beautifully shaped; medium to large rosette. The blooms are a deep; rich crimson-pink; developing a soft mauve tint as the petals begin to fall. Light to medium fruity fragrance adds to its charm. This rose grows into a compact; bushy shrub with an elegant form. Named in honour of the renowned ballerina.
