Beetroot ‘Rainbow Mix’ 6pack

Beetroot is an excellent root vegetable crop that stores for months. It is best grown quickly and responds well to fertiliser. They require well drained; friable soil in a sunny position. ‘Rainbow’ is a novelty mix with sweet; different coloured roots. Harvest these when they are no larger than tennis balls.

After Harvest: Beets may be ovenroasted; boiled or eaten fresh in salads.
Position: Full sun.
Planting: 12-15cm apart.
Maturity: 8-10 weeks.
