Pachystegia ‘Rufa’

is a genus of shrubs in the Asteracea family commonly known as the Marlborough rock daisies.
This small spreading shrub is iconic to kaikoura coastline and is easily recognised by its large leathery leaves and daisy – like flowers.
the leaves are olive green in colour with soft furry undersides giving the plant a distinctive texture and appearance.
