Primula Belarina ‘Cobalt Blue’

Produces clusters of bright blue; double flowers surrounded by a deep green leafy collar. Compact and long-blooming; putting on a tremendous show in the spring. Likes part shade and fertile well drained soil. Keep evenly moist.
