In late winter; masses of vibrant; carmine buds appear; opening to large; long-lasting clusters of blush-pink-to-white flowers; followed by blue-black fruit. An excellent screen or hedge plant; growing right down to the ground and tolerating harsh conditions.Plant as shelter for tender plants. Sun to part shade. 2 x 2m.
